#Exchange 2010 Calendar

This is a bit worrying .. just had an Exchange 2010 user complain about a calendar issue .. basically they accepted a meeting but in Outlook and OWA it was 1hr ahead :-| but on his iPhone is was the correct time.

Please tell me that Exchange 2010 doesn’t have DST issue .. please
