#Exchange 2010 RTM to SP1 upgrade

So I have upgrade a few servers to SP1 from RTM, and in a bizarre twist of fate 4 out of the 11 servers done have the Exchange Management Shell in Program files, BUT the Exchange Management Shell works Annoyed WTF

Not sure how to re-enable it? Ideas?
