#Exchange 2010 Management Shell missing after an upgrade to SP1

I found the fix: http://blogs.technet.com/b/nawar/archive/2010/09/03/exchange-management-shell-ems-missing-after-applying-exchange-2010-sp1.aspx

Essentially you get ConnectFunctions.ps1, RemoteExchange.ps1 and CommonConnectFunctions.ps1 of the setupserverrolescommon on the DVD and copy the three files to %ExchangeInstallPath%bin

Once done you recreate the shortcut.  Shweet

 ** UPDATE ** just added an attachment with the files
